In My Free Time
YOU'LL LIKELY FIND ME OUTSIDE
I love spending time in nature, no matter the season - yes, even during our harsh Canadian winters. There's something about walking on an unpaved path, surrounded by trees that feels like therapy in it's simplest form. It quiets the noise and brings everything back into perspective.

SOCIAL ASPECT
I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. Earlier in life I was naturally quiet and reserved, but over the years I've grown to love connecting to people and striking up conversations. I'm drawn to discussions about ideas & perspectives.
EMBRACING CHALLENGE
Every now and then I like to test my physical & mental toughness, along with my discipline. I completed the 75 Hard Challenge, and committed to a daily cold plunge for an entire year. Brr...
LOVE ANIMALS
Dogs, horses, cats, just give me the fuzzy creature and I'm in heaven. I love horseback riding. I'm not partucularly great at it, but I've learned you don't have to master your hobbies to enjoy them.
NOT FOND OF HEIGHTS
I have a not so irrational fear of heights.That said, I once took myself on canopy tour in Haliburton Forest, strapped in a harness 65' above ground just to prove I could face it. It was lovely... but once was more than enough.
HELPING OTHERS
I volunteer at a therapeutic riding facility, where I get the best of both worlds, spending time with horses while contributing to something meaningful for others. Prior to that, I volunteered as a photographer at the Humane Society.
